Aerosoft launched again a new version (1.99) of its Airport Enhanced Services (AES), which does not only contain some improvements, but also enables now to activate more than 200 airport with this service.

IVAO is celebrating its 10th anniversary. On this occasion the virtual skies are crowded in the period Dec 16 - Dec 21 according to differents parts in the world. Today the whole of Europe was blue on the IvAe map which means that there was everywhere ATC control. As real as it gets!
Nov 24, 2008 - IFSD Irish scenery
My site hosts the AFCAD files for the Irish scenery made by the IFSD (Irish Flight Sim Design team). Since a good half year this group has ceased to exist. The scenery for FS9, however, can still be downloaded from the Aer Lingus virtual website.

Like the Beaujolais Nouveaux the first winter flightplans arrive. The Italian AI Traffic Project launches a series of flightplans to be downloaded on AVSIM. If they are no more visible on the first page, go to library and search on "Italian AI Traffic Project".

In the beginning of the winter we still receive a shower of summer flightplans by the Alpha India Group on AVSIM. If they are no more visible on the first page, go to library and search on "Alpha India Group". These flightplans can nevertheless be used until the winter flightplans appear.

Sept 15 2008 - SCENERY LIML update
An update for the Milano-Linate scenery by iSD (Italian Scenery Design) is available on AVSIM. The iSD website has been renewed since a while, but remains apparently incomplete. However, the original sceneries en patches can be downloaded from AVSIM. Use the search function with "iSD" in the search field.

Visual Germany Project (VGP) launches at AVSIM a new version of their freeware High-Quality-Photoscenery for FS2004 which features a coverage for the whole of Germany (more than 350.000kmē) - They claim it to be the largest coherent photoscenery for FS9 ever! They use only the finest image material, completely handcrafted and optimized in thousands of working hours and compatible with all Aerosoft-addons.
